RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from fusionsplendor.com. If something is not quite right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.
 
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
 
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you have named other than the courier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.
 
To cancel, simply let us know before the 14 days have ended by sending a clear statement to help@fusionsplendor.com. Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
 
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
 
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and any instructions you need. Items sent back without contacting us first may be delayed.
 
Once you have told us you want to cancel, please send the items back within 14 days.
 
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost on the way back to us.
 
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
 
You are welcome to try items on as you would in a shop. To receive a full refund, items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.
 
If an item comes back showing signs of wear or handling beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
 
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
 
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of sending it back to us.
 
REFUNDS
 
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know by email. Your refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the items back, or after you have shown us proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first.
 
Your refund will include the price of the returned items and the cost of standard delivery. If you chose Insured Express Shipping, the extra £4.95 for express delivery will not be refunded, as we refund up to the cost of our free standard shipping option.
 
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your original order, unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
 
EXCHANGES
 
If you would like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
 
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
 
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at help@fusionsplendor.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the problem. In this case we will cover the cost of the return and offer you a replacement or a full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
 
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
